Which currencies can I pay in?
Chinese yuan (CNY) and US dollar (USD) today. For other currencies, talk to our OTC desk and we will tell you what we can settle and how fast.
Does my supplier receive the full amount?
Yes. Our fee is charged in naira on top, so the supplier gets exactly the invoice amount. Some receiving banks deduct their own incoming fee; we show a warning where we know that happens.
What documents do I need?
For business payments: the supplier invoice, the beneficiary’s bank details, and your verified business account. Larger or unusual payments may need extra documents for our licensed partner’s compliance checks.
How long does it take?
CNY to a Chinese bank account usually arrives the same day, and within one business day at most. USD to a US bank account usually arrives in one business day. You can follow every step in the app.
When should I use the OTC desk instead of the app?
Above ₦50m per payment, or if you pay suppliers every week. A named dealer agrees the rate with you directly and settles the same day once the trade is confirmed.
