Who actually executes the swap?
Swaps are executed by our licensed digital asset partner. Z9Pay provides the app and the customer experience. The partner’s name and registration are shown in the app before you confirm.
Which networks can I send USDT on?
TRC-20, BEP-20 and ERC-20. Each network has its own address. Sending on the wrong network can mean lost funds, so the app checks the network before showing your address.
What happens if the rate moves while I send?
Your quote is held for 30 seconds. If your USDT arrives after the quote expires, we re-quote at the current rate and ask you to accept it before swapping. Nothing is swapped without your confirmation.
Can I receive naira into someone else’s account?
No. Naira payouts go only to a Nigerian bank account in the same name as your verified Z9Pay account.
